January 2008 - Mountain Investments of North Georgia/Sundance Mountain Properties is now licensed to sell real estate in Tennessee and North Carolina!
Along with Georgia, our Mountain Investments office, along with our broker, Marjorie Vernay, is now licensed in Tennessee and North Carolina! We hope this new licensing will increase our ability to service all of our wonderful clients looking for properties in our beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain area!
March 2, 2007 - Fire at our corporate franchise office!
Friday morning, our corporate francise office was destroyed by a fire. We here at the Sundance office wish Laura Sisson and Mark Burger a quick recovery from their devastating loss. We are glad to let all of the Mountain Investments customer know that business will go on as usual with a seamless transition to their secondary office. Files were saved and/or backed up. Our Sundance Office has opened it’s doors to help in any way we can. We are glad to know that no one was hurt in this fire. Property can be replaced….our friends can not.
February 2007 - Here we grow again! - a new brokerage opens in Blue Ridge, GA! Sundance Mountain Properties, LLC and Mountain Investments of No. GA. open their doors at 10148 Blue Ridge Drive, Blue Ridge, GA!
Marjorie Vernay will act as qualifying broker of this new office! This will allow our teams in both Ga and Florida to work together to offer exciting investment ideas for all of our clients.
